Keiko Omura
Keiko Omura is an internationally active harpsichordist, fortepianist, pianist, interpreter, and cultural guide, with a profound engagement in the evolving relationship between humanity and artificial intelligence.
She is the winner of the 2023 Mrs. Global Earth Japan Grand Prix.
After over 15 years of historical keyboard studies in Germany and Austria, earning four master’s degrees, she continues to perform and research historical performance practices.
From 2012 to 2015, she lived and worked at Kremsegg Castle in Austria, a prestigious musical instrument museum, where she curated, researched, and performed on historical keyboards. During this time, she also organized concerts with internationally renowned artists and served as assistant curator and lecturer.
Her musical activities extend from solo concerts to cross-disciplinary collaborations, integrating traditional Japanese arts such as tea ceremony and ikebana.
In addition to music, Keiko offers professional interpretation and translation services in Japanese, German, and English, with a special focus on high-end cultural guiding for embassies, institutions, and discerning international guests.
In recent years, she has been exploring the ethical and poetic dimensions of AI, advocating for creative, human–AI collaboration. Through keynote presentations, publications, and dialogues, she shares a unique vision for a harmonious future with AI.
